Ashtanga yoga taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois is a continuous sequence of postures that are linked to one another through the synchronization of the breath. It is a deep and vigorous ancient practice that realigns the body, steadies the mind, calms the nervous system, builds strength and engenders a sense of inner peace.
Please be aware that there is no substitute for the application of this ancient method of yoga. As the practitioner soon realizes, it is "99% practice and 1% theory."
